Pebble House wins another Award – the 2016 VisitEngland ROSE award in Recognition of Service Excellence, after winning Double Gold Awards in Cornwall Tourism and South West Excellence Awards and Bronze in VisitEngland National Awards

The VisitEngland award is given annually to only 100 VisitEngland quality assessed accommodation businesses that go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service.

Nominations were triggered following our annual VisitEngland quality assessment and observations by our assessor, but other evidence, including online customer reviews were also taken into account. The final judging panel also looked for innovation that sets our business apart. This includes facilities or services offered to make the guests stay really special.

The ROSE Award is a fantastic achievement and recognises Service Excellence in Tourism in England.  This comes after winning Gold at both the Cornwall Tourism Awards November 2015 and Gold South West Excellence Awards February 2016 at The Nave Exeter Cathedral and Bronze in VisitEngland in March 2016 at the Winter Gardens Blackpool in the B&B category, all at the first time of entering.

Speaking on behalf of Pebble House, Andrea Copper, Owner said “having only been open just 3 years and on our first time of entering any Awards, we are delighted that all our guests have written such amazing words about us both as hosts and everything Pebble House offers and we have achieved such accolades. We would like to thank all our lovely guests and our fabulous suppliers who have made our journey to this point a multi winning one”.
