Behind the super cute exterior of each barn lies luxurious, unique, lovingly created and inspirational interiors, each one totally different to the next but all equally special in their own way. Think huge, copper roll top baths, roaring log burners and sumptuous mezzanine bedrooms, housing insanely comfy White Company clad beds, set beneath oversized skylights so you can drift off to sleep under the stars.
The bedrooms look down onto large open living areas with squashy sofas, real fires and cosy dining areas. The fully equipped open plan kitchens each have a full size oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and Nespresso machines but don’t worry, if you don’t feel like cooking there are over 20 great places to eat within a 6 mile radius and several great restaurants will deliver to your door.
Outside these little gems just keep on giving with private, beautifully designed gardens for guests to relax in, perfectly equipped for alfresco dining. All have glass covered terraces housing large outdoor bath/hot tubs, so you can cloud gaze until your hearts content from beneath the bubbles, no matter what time of year!

The Cheshire Boutique Barns are set in a beautiful rural location, but don’t let the quiet fool you, there is plenty to do and see if you do wish to venture out. The barns are sited between two superb pubs for a start, one of which has been voted ‘Gin Pub of The Year’ as well as, winner of ‘The Best Rural Pub in Britain’. Chester, Shrewsbury, Manchester and Liverpool are all easily accessible and the barns are just a short drive from miles and miles of beautiful National Trust countryside, perfect for walking off all those gastro pub lunches. The Cowshed and The Old Parlour can accommodate 4 guests, both having two double bedrooms, whilst The Nest is a gorgeously romantic, bijou barnlette for two, snuggled in between. Each of the 5* boutique barns are completely unique, even from one another (so guests will have a hard time deciding which is their favourite) but all offer the same inspirational, luxurious, totally original spaces in which to switch off and enjoy being together.
For those that prefer to stay put there’s super-fast Wi-Fi, large flat screen TV’s with surround sound and Netflix for those cosy movie nights in by the fire, as well as, the comfiest beds that you’ve ever had the pleasure of sleeping in and you can even book an ‘in-barn massage’ or spa treatment if you really want to relax.
Once you’ve headed out to explore, there are points of interest close-by to suit all types. Check out Cholmondeley Castle Gardens just next door or take the kids to the magical tree house and forest adventure ground that is Bewilderwood just 2 miles up the lane. Hop on a train from the village to explore the beautiful medieval town of Shrewsbury, meander round the Georgian foodie market town of Nantwich, or enjoy a stroll around the Roman walls of Chester. There are also scenic walks from your door along the pretty canal side to yet another superb pub that does the best Sunday Roasts in Cheshire or you can take a short 5 minute drive to the Sandstone Trail – miles and miles of unbroken National Trust land with superb views and plenty of great local pubs along the way.

Luxury, Private, Self-contained, Boutique Barns
The Cowshed (Sleeps 4) is a beautiful, luxurious, rustic, ingeniously up-cycled, retro, uber-comfortable two double bed barnlette with an attached and covered glass outdoor area (the cabin) containing a chill out zone, eating area and a double ended bath so you can relax in bubbles and gaze up at the stars!
The Old Parlour (Sleeps 4) has a fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining, living area complete with 50” flat screen 3D TV with surround sound, ipod docking station and Clearview log burner. The kitchen has a full size oven hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. On the ground floor is a double bedroom and marble tiled wet-room and on the first floor is a king size mezzanine bedroom looking down onto the open plan living areas below. There is also a courtyard garden with undercover sofa and chill out area plus a further under cover dining table to seat 8 plus, chimnea and BBQ for Alfresco dining.
A Unique Boutique Bijou Barnlette
The Nest (Sleeps 2) is a Boutique Barnlette which sits between The Cowshed and The Old Parlour, it is approximately half the size of the other two barns, but is no less special or impressive. There is a romantic mezzanine king-sized bedroom (as you would expect from Cheshire Boutique Barns) above an open plan fully equipped kitchen/dining/sitting area with a king-sized sofa-bed. A shower room is also on the ground floor. French doors lead out onto an adorable courtyard garden complete with dimmable outdoor and festoon lighting, daybeds with bespoke weatherproof cushions, BBQ and lanterns. The Nest is a boutique bolthole like no other!
Cheshire Boutique Barns are adjoining but completely independent properties which can be booked individually or as a whole for 2 to 10 guests.
£399 per weekend to £699.
A minimum two night stay usually applies at weekends (3 nights on bank holidays) but occasionally one night weekend stays are available from £299.
Group bookings of all 4 barns (sleeps 10) are approx £70 p/p/p/n on full occupancy.
All bookings include Egyptian Cotton Luxury Bedding, White Company Toiletries, Robes, Towels, Tea/Coffee, Free Wi-Fi and a large basket of logs for the fire where applicable. Luxury extras available such as candlelit champagne arrival, on site spa treatments, afternoon teas, flowers, chocolates….
