Room rates range from £125 to £155 per night, or from £81 to £110 for single occupancy.
The breakfast menu includes a wide range of options to suit all tastes, from the traditional full English breakfast to various tempting ‘specials’, including smoked haddock with a poached egg; kippers; soft cheese and smoked salmon bagel; or a large croissant filled with local ham, Lancashire cheese and a free range poached egg finished with hollandaise sauce and a grilled tomato garnish. Guests are asked to make their choices the evening before. Locally-sourced ingredients are used wherever possible and special diets can be catered for. Number One South Beach has received an award from Visit Britain for the quality of its breakfast offering.
